MerchStaff Webshop Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Introductory Provisions

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "T&Cs") apply to purchases made in the online store (hereinafter: "Webshop") operated by MerchStaff webshop (hereinafter: "Service Provider").

1.3. The products available in the Webshop are merchandising clothing items, accessories, and other gift items (hereinafter: "Products").

1.4. By using the Webshop and placing an order, the buyer (hereinafter: "Consumer" or "Buyer") accepts the terms of these T&Cs.

2. Order Process

2.1. Orders can be placed in the Webshop with or without registration.

2.2. During the ordering process, the Consumer selects the Products to be purchased, provides delivery and billing information, and chooses the payment and delivery methods.

2.3. By finalizing the order, the Consumer declares that they accept the terms of these T&Cs.

3. Payment Methods

3.1. Bank card payment: The Consumer can make payment through an online payment system when placing the order.

3.2. Cash on delivery: The total amount of the order can be paid in cash or by bank card to the courier service employee upon receipt of the Product.

4. Delivery Options

4.1. Home delivery by GLS courier service.

4.2. Delivery to a GLS ParcelShop.

4.3. Delivery using a Foxpost parcel locker.

4.4. Delivery by Hungarian Post.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1. The Consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the Product.

5.2. The intention to withdraw must be notified in writing, by e-mail, to the Service Provider.

5.3. Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Consumer is obliged to return the Product in its original condition to the address provided by the Service Provider. The costs of return shall be borne by the Consumer.

6. Guarantee and Warranty

6.1. The Service Provider provides the Consumer with the product liability and warranty obligations prescribed by law.

6.2. In case of a quality problem, the Consumer is entitled to request an exchange or a refund.

7. Data Management

7.1. The Service Provider carries out data management in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.

7.2. The data management information is available in a separate document in the Webshop.

8. Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolution

8.1. The Consumer may submit a complaint in writing to the Service Provider's customer service at the following contact details: [Contact e-mail and phone number].

8.2. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes peacefully through negotiation. If direct negotiation does not lead to a result, the parties agree to the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts for the resolution of disputes.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. These T&Cs are effective from March 10, 2025.

9.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify the T&Cs, of which it shall inform the Consumer by publishing it in the Webshop.
